Jasmine Palacios
Jasmine Palacios is currently a senior at UNC-Charlotte. She is pursuing a degree in International Studies and minors in Security and Intelligence Studies and German. She became a member of Model UN in her sophomore year and attended her first Model UN conference at Carolinas Conference 2022. This will be her second time chairing for Carolina's Conference. In her leisure time, she enjoys baking pastries, watching classic Hollywood films from the 1930s-1960s, and Pilates. Ask her about her study abroad in England and France!
Nadia Tarazi
Hey everyone, my name is Nadia Tarazi and I’m a sophomore majoring in Political Science. Model UN has always been a passion of mine, and I joined my first year of high school. Over the years, I’ve pretty much-done everything there is from being an admin for my first conference, to now my first chairing experience at the Carolina Conference. I enjoy reading, traveling, and going for long drives. I’m excited to be a part of the conference this year, and don’t hesitate to ask questions!
